My deaf pup who listened better then any dog I have ever met. He was one of a kind and something special. He taught me so much and I miss him dearly.
My failed foster #1...she was found in an alley at a few weeks old. I took her in with the intent of fostering her but she never left. They say cats pick their people, I guess you can say she picked me.
My failed foster #2...she had a hard start in life and was found running in a field with 2 other pups in bad shape. I took her in to help her adjust to home life but she never left. She has taught me that sometimes things are just as they are and you will never understand or change them.
Accept them for who they are.
Brought in under the foster-to-adopt program, he fit in well with the family. He grew quicker than his sisters would have liked, but they still took to him. He now protects them from all the dangers in the world. He teaches me every day and keeps me on my toes.
